Shipping And Returns

**IN ORDER TO ACCESS BOTH FREE LOCAL PICKUP AND SPECIAL DELIVERY OPTIONS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE YOUR PROVINCE AND POSTAL CODE IN YOUR “CART” BEFORE PROCEEDING TO “CHECKOUT”. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, YOU WILL ONLY SEE “REST OF THE WORLD” SHIPPING.**

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

We are now offering free local pickup for those who are not interested in shipping. Make sure you choose “Local Pickup” under the shipping/delivery option.

Pickup is available Monday-Friday from 8-9 PM and Saturday-Sunday from 5-7 PM.

Under “Order Notes”, please indicate the dates and time in preference to pick up your order. Instructions with a precise location and date/time will be included in your pickup notification e-mail. Please make sure you bring a copy of your photo ID and paid invoice that is sent to your e-mail (or show it on your phone).

The only information you are required to fill out is your full name, phone number and e-mail address.

**There is no option of paying in person at this time, so make sure you complete the transaction online prior to the pickup. WE CANNOT DO ADD-ONS IN PERSON.**

SPECIAL DELIVERY IN ALL OF GTA

Currently as a fresh startup, we are offering a special $5 delivery rate to all of GTA. 

We reserve the right to change or discontinue this rate at any given time. The cost of your delivery rate will be displayed at the cart checkout. By completing your transaction, you are agreeing to pay for the delivery cost if you didn’t choose the local pickup option.

As a customer, you are responsible for providing the complete and accurate address for the delivery of your purchase.

Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to deliver from the date the order is placed.

SHIPPING

We are offering a flat rate of $10 for shipping to the rest of Canada including Ontario (outside of GTA). There is also a flat rate of $15 for orders placed outside of Canada. 

We reserve the right to change or discontinue these rates at any given time. The cost of your ship rate will be displayed at the cart checkout. By completing your transaction, you are agreeing to pay for the shipping cost.

As a customer, you are responsible for providing the complete and accurate address for the delivery of your purchase. All orders which are returned to us due to faulty addresses will be charged standard shipping rates if you request the order to be reshipped.

Orders can take up to 24-48 hours to ship from the date the order is placed. Shipping could potentially take up to 10 business days from the original ship date to all of Canada(depending on location). International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on location and customs clearance. Bella Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping delays in regards to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or shipping provider error.

RETURNS

At Bella Cosmetics, it is our mission to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept the return of any unused products purchased on our website. However, we cannot accept those that have been opened unless they are damaged, defective or an incorrect item.

All issues related to returns and replacements must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order to customerservice@miabellaxo.com. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of products at this time.
